摘    要:舰船红外抑制器的混合管多采用扩压环的结构形式,利用引射原理卷吸环境中的冷空气降低主流排气温度,同时在壁面形成冷却气膜,降低壁面温度,从而抑制红外辐射。文章利用数值模拟的方法模拟了扩压环处不同狭缝结构对壁面温度的影响,得到了壁面温度的变化曲线,确定了冷却气膜的范围,为扩压环的设计提供了一些参考。

Abstract:Most of the Infrared Signature Suppression Devices use rings structure on the mixer pipe. The exhaust temperature was reduced by ejectors, and the environment air will be a film cooling on the wall, then the infrared radiation was suppressed. This paper uses numerical simulations to simulate the different diffuser rings on the effects of the wall temperature at the slot places, and gets the wall temperature curves and the range of the film cooling.
