湍流模型对大口径射流冲击数值模拟适用性分析

摘    要:采用数值算法要完全有效地模拟射流冲击换热,合适的湍流模型是十分重要的。本文采用标准k-ε模型、RNG k-ε模型及Realizable k-ε模型对大口径高温高速气体射流冲击换热进行了数值模拟,并将计算结果与试验结果进行比较,分析湍流模型在大口径射流冲击换热数值模拟中的适用性。研究结果对大口径射流冲击换热的数值研究提供参考。

Abstract:Right turbulent model is important for availably numerical simulation of the jet impinging heat transfer. This paper simulate gas jet impingement of the big diameter and the high velocity and temperature with the standard k-ε, modeI,RNG k-ε, model and Realizable k-ε model. The numerical result has been compared with the experiment results. The applicability of the turbulent model has been analyzed in the numerical simulation of the big diameter jet impingement. The result has offered the reference for the big diameter jet impinging in numerical study.
