| 摘 要： | 铁谱技术是对设备运行状态进行监测的新技术.根据施工机械的使用条件和故障特点,应用铁谱技术对施工机械运行工况进行监测,能准确地反映机械的磨损情况,获取故障信息,避免盲目拆卸,为开展对策性维修提供科学依据.

| Abstract: | Iron spectrum is a new technique which has been applied in monitoring proper operate state of equipment. Based on the using condition and failure features of construction machinery, monitoring the operate status using iron spectrum technique, which can reveal the wear situation, get failure information, avoid dismounting blindly, and this technique will presented the scientific basis for failure analysis. |
