| 摘 要： | 所谓馆员职业精神,是指馆员在图书馆长期的工作实践中所形成的一种比较稳定的思想行为风尚,它包括馆员的政治态度、精神风貌、思想情操等意识及行为规范、职业技能的总和。文章论述了图书馆职业精神及其特征,探讨了图书馆职业精神的内涵,分析了构成图书馆职业精神的基本要素。

| Abstract: | The so-called librarian professional spirit, is refers to the librarian one quite stable thought behavior prevailing custom which forms in the library long-term working practice, it including consciousness and behavior standards, professional skill and so on librarian' s political attitude, energetic style, thought sentiment sum total. The article elaborated the library professional spirit and the characteristic, has discussed the library professional mental connotation, analyzed constituted the library professional spirit basic essential factor. |
