| 摘 要： | <正> 深度烧伤创面愈合后遗留的疤痕组织,如发生增生和挛缩,可造成不同程度的畸形,影响功能和外观,不但给病人带来工作和生活的不便,也造成精神负担,所以对严重烧伤的治疗,不只是挽救生命,更要进一步恢复病人的生活和劳动能力,才能达到治疗的目的。

TREATMENT OF BURN CONTRACTURE (abstract) |

| Abstract: | This paper presents the experience of surgical treatment of severe burn contractures(except the face)over a period of six years(1974-1980).Thereport consists of 189 cases,119 male and 70 female.The follow-up tothe patients have been continued for a short term and the results are pre-sented.At the same time,the outhors discussed the prevention of burn con-tracture and the problems about the operation. |
