盘式制动器低压气密性测试系统的研究

摘    要:通过对盘式制动器结构和工作原理进行分析,开发了基于LabVIEW的制动器低压气密性测试系统。该系统硬件搭建简单、成本低,可振性高,测试功能主要由软件完成,测试精度和实时性比传统仪器有显著提高,并可完成数据的采集、显示、记录及报表输出等功能。该系统现已成功应用于企业装配生产线,为制动器零件新产品开发提供了准确数据,并为实现智能装配检测提供了技术平台。
