摘    要:介绍了柱形弹性套胀紧连接实验台主体结构的刚度计算过程。实验要求在大载荷下实验台最大变形位移不能超过设定的允许值,对结构要进行较为精确的变形分析,运用材料力学、数学等计算工具进行解析计算,找出了引起大变形的结构部位。改进后再计算,结果满足实验要求,实践应用证实了计算的有效性。为类似结构的刚度计算提供了参考。

Abstract:The process of the structure design of the experiment bed for cylindrical elastic sleeve expansion-joints is given in the article. When the heavy load acts on the experiment bed, the largest deformed displacement of the experiment table must not be larger than the value which has been given. So we must make an accurate deformed analysis of the experiment bed. Finding the location of the experiment table which causes the main deformed displacement by using the tools of mechanics of materials and mathematics. Then we calculate the maximum deformed displacement of the experiment table again, after the structure we have found above is modified. The result shows the structure we have modified is very well for the experiment. The stiffness compute can be the reference materials for similar structure designs.
