基于LDO的汽车24V系统电源设计

摘    要:设计一种基于LDO芯片TLE4275的24V汽车电源模块,增加前级降压电路和单片机监控功能,应用于汽车车身控制器的24V转5V电源。给出该电源的电路图及软件控制方法。试验测试结果表明:即使在极端负载条件下,该电源模块输出电压稳定、温度特性好,且实现成本低。

Abstract:A 24 V vehicle power supply module adding pre-stage buck circuit and singlechip monitoring functon is designed based on the LDO chip TLE4275 and applied in the 24 V-5 V power supply for vehicle body controller.The circuit diagram of this power supply is provided with its software control method. The test result shows that this power supply module has stable output voltage, good temperature property and low cost.
