摘    要:在天然气集输过程中,H2S引起的管线内腐蚀问题普遍存在,往往导致管道发生严重局部减薄,甚至穿孔,引发事故。文中以某含S气田管件试样内腐蚀为例,对试样腐蚀产物形貌及成分进行了EDS与XRD分析,分析结果表明该试样具有典型的H2S腐蚀特征。揭示了影响H2S腐蚀的H2S分压、CO2分压等因素的影响机理。同时,指出H2S腐蚀机理复杂,影响因素众多,通常多种因素协同作用。

Abstract:In the process of natural gas gathering and transferring,pipeline internal corrosion problem caused by H2S are widespread,which will make the pipe body thin seriously and even lead to perforation or rupture. Corrosion often causes serious accidents. Based on a pipe internal corrosion smaple containing S in a gas field as an example,the morphology and composition of the corroded product were analyzed through the EDS and XRD. The results show that the sample is characterized by typical H2S corrosion. This paper reveals the influence mechanism of H2S corrosion,such as H2S partial pressure and CO2partial pressure. At the same time,it is pointed out that H2S corrosion mechanism is complex and affected by many factors together.
