福厦客专梁场建设关键技术

高速铁路客运专线的建设过程中,梁场设置的合理性会直接影响到高铁的建设工期、安全和质量。结合福厦客专双线整孔箱梁预制梁场的建设过程,从梁场选址、规划设计、生产技术措施、管理及质量安全保证体系等方面开展了梁场建设的关键技术总结,以期为今后高铁客专梁场的建设提供参考和借鉴。

Key Technology for Prefabricated Girder Yard Construction of Fu-xia Passenger Line

In the construction of high speed railway and passenger lines, the rationality of prefabricated girder yard location would affect the construction period, safety and quality. Associated with the whole box girder construction process of Fu-xia passenger double line, this paper summarizes the key technology in terms of girder yard location, project design, assembly and machine distribution, manufacturing technique, quality and safety system, and so on, aiming at supply references and ideas for future girder yard construction of high speed railway.
