摘    要:从设计智能化仪器仪表的角度描述了一种新型的轨道静态几何参数检测仪的设计过程,给出了以惯性基准法的原理推算的水平测量数学模型,和运用叠加法原理推算的轨向、高低测量的数学模型;并在单片机控制系统中,误差处理采用实时自校准方法修正由于各种漂移、增益不稳定等因素引起的系统误差,提高了测量精度。此外,给出了应用该仪器的检测实例。结果表明,该仪器较之人工测量,具有便捷、轻巧、精度高、可连续自动测量和数据显示、存储等优点。

Abstract:From the viewpoint of designing intelligent instrument and apparatus,the designing process of a new kind of track static parameter measurer is described.It puts forward the horizontal mathematical model according to inertia principle and the mathematical model of height and orientation according to stacking principle.In the control system of single chip computer,real-time self-calibration is adapted to modify various kinds of system tolerance caused by drift,gain and other unsteady effects,thus improving measure precision of apparatus.A practical case is also presented,the result indicates that it is a light and handy instrument,and has the merit of high precision,automatical measure,memory and displayed in real time.
