复杂六连杆机构的虚拟电拖系统研究

摘    要:运用符号数学工具,实现多刚体动力学系统建模计算机化,并在MatLab/SimuLink的系统函数中,进行(机电)多专业领域的系统集成,建立虚拟样机模拟模型.研究结果证明:这一技术实现方法是可行的,特别是离散模拟模型,在诸如加载等事件发生的情况下,其平衡状态的收敛性是非常理想的.

Abstract:This study explores such a shortcut methodology of the multi body system based on dynamic equations established by symbolic math tool, directly converting into S-Function with MatLab/SumiLink .Therefore integrated with other disciplinary components, the equations construct the virtual prototype simulation model. The results were analyzed and proved that this methodology is feasible. For discrete model, esp. the convergence in the equilibria is very satisfactory, under such discrete events as loading.
