| 摘 要： | M 10 - 2 5门机回转机构下支承轴承出现故障时 ,使门机回转时产生振动、异响和回转吃力等现象。水平滚轮与轨道的间隙过大、下支承壳体缺油或进水等是产生故障的主要原因 ,使用专用工具———振销器有助于顺利完成下支承的更换工作

| Abstract: | If the lower support bearing of the slewing mechanism in M10-25 portal crane occurs failue, the protal crane occurs vibration, unusual sound and strenuous rotation during slewing.The over gap of horizontal roller with rail, lack of oil or water filling of the lower support shell are the main reasons of the failure.The replacement of the lower support can be completed smoothly by using special tool-pin vibrator |
