落实《船舶工业中长期发展规划》加快提高我国船舶辅机本土化水平

为改变我国造船完工量不断攀升，而船舶配套本土化率下降的现实状况，国防科工委提出了造船、配套协调发展战略规划。船舶辅机是数量最大、种类最多的船舶配套设备。本文在分析船舶辅机共性技术发展的基础上，阐述了甲板机械、船舶电站、船舶调距桨装置、船用阀门遥控系统、船舶减摇系统等辅机设备的市场情况、与国外产品的差距，以及为缩小差距所需开展的技术工作，并提出了加速我国船舶辅机发展的措施和建议。

Implement Mid-long Term Development Plan for Shipbuilding Industry, Accelerate Improment of Indigenization Level of China's Marine Auxiliary Machinery

In view of the increase of China's shipbuilding output while the decrease of indigenization rate of ship equipment,the Commission of Science,Technology and Industry for National Defense puts forwards the strategic planning for coordinated development of shipbuilding and ship equipment.Marine auxiliary machinery is the largest section in ship equipment in number and kind.On the basis of analyzing the development of generic technology of marine auxiliary machinery,this article discusses the market situation of auxiliary machinery such as deck machinery,marine power station,marine controllable pitch propeller,marine valve remote control system,marine roll stabilization system,etc.,the gaps between domestic products and those made abroad,and technology work for narrowing the gaps.It also puts forward the measures and proposals for the development of China's marine auxiliary machinery.
