摘    要:聚乙烯催化剂的生产属于典型的化工间歇生产过程,既要求顺序控制,也要求连续控制和开关量的控制,而且相关生产设备的状态和生产步骤之间要相互嵌套联锁、生产条件苛刻,采用传统的控制方案,自动化程度低,经济和社会效益难以满足。提出一种基于FCS的现场总线控制系统,来实现对化工间歇生产过程的管控一体化。

Abstract:Chemical production process of polyethylene catalyst is the representative of intermittent chemical production process which equires sequence, continuous and switch value control. The process needs mutual nesting interlock between the state of production equipment and the production step with rigorous production condition. Adopting traditional control scheme, the automatic degree is low, and economic and social benefis are difficult to satisfy. The paper presents a kind of field bus control system based on FCS to realize integrative management and control system for the intermittent chemical production process.
