Abstract:This article primarily discusses the research and discussion on the significance of customer value management, customer value definition and calculation,the strategies and methods of customer value management,etc.This article considers the attention to customer value management ultimately improves market share of enterprise products and the competitiveness of enterprises,and brings the maximum value to the enterprises ! Therefore,there are great significance and utility values in analysis,research and discussion of customer value management.
