钢纤维砼薄壁箱梁扭转裂缝控制试验研究

摘    要:通过配筋钢纤维高强砼薄壁箱梁的纯扭试验,探讨了钢纤维对纯扭薄壁箱形构件在正常使用极限状态下强度、裂缝的影响;分析了试件抗扭强度和扭转裂缝倾角、裂缝宽度、主裂缝间距的形态及特点。结合钢纤维对混凝土的增强与破坏机理分析,对适合于钢纤维混凝土构件的抗扭强度、裂缝验算方法进行理论计算与试验比较分析,为钢纤维砼薄壁箱梁正常使用极限状态抗扭分析积累试验研究资料。

Abstract:Based on the experiment of the steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete thin-walled box beam in pure torsion, the paper discussed the affection of steel fiber on its strength and cracks in the normal use ultimate method,and studied the torional strength and the code of cracks angles,widths and spaces and spacing on important cracking in pure torsion members. By the analysis of the improvement and failure mechanism of steel fiber on concrete, the paper calculated in theory and analysised in experiment on the method of torional strength and crack test for the steel fiber reinforced concrete members, and storaged the experimental study data for the torsion analysis of the steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete thin-walled box beam in the normal use ultimate method.
