Abstract:after Northeast tour,the event of 2011 top-list of after-sales Service of commercial Vehicles started its tour on august 23,2011 to mid-china,to areas of inn Mongolia,Shannxi,Henan,Shandong and Hebei provinces,covering along line overall of 4000 km.the investigation team interviewed customers and owners of various commercial vehicles from all walks of life,and learned and understood much useful and valuable information and features of them as well.
