宁波至奉化城际铁路运营组织方案研究

宁奉城际各年度的衔接方式、线路长度、客流特征等方面存在一定差异,因而有必要深入研究并选择合适的运营组织方案。结合方案特点,从客流适应性、客流直达性、对相关线路影响、技术经济性、资源共享等方面进行综合比较,研究推荐初近期宁奉城际与宁波3号线采用贯通运营,远期宁奉城际独立运营。研究推荐的运营组织方案获得专家及业主方的认可,目前宁奉城际铁路已按此设计并开工建设,相关设计成果亦纳入了宁波城市最新规划。

Study on Operation Organization Program of Ningbo to Fenghua Intercity Railway

Ningbo to Fenghua intercity railway is part of the Ningbo metropolitan intercity railway and there are some differences on the yearly basis in line direction,convergence mode,commitment function and passenger flow characteristics.Thus,it is necessary to conduct in-depth study and select appropriate operating organization program.In view of the characteristics of the program,the study recommends through operation for Ningbo-Fenghua intercity railway and Ningbo metro line 3 in the near future,and independent operation for Ningbo-Fenghua intercity railway in far future based on the analysis of passenger flow adaptability,passenger flow transfer,impact of relevant lines,technical economy,resource sharing and other aspects.The recommended program has been confirmed by the experts and the owner.Currently,the construction of Ningbo-Fenghua intercity railway has been started,and relevant design results are incorporated into the latest urban plan of Ningbo.
