福平铁路乌龙江(144+288+144)m部分斜拉桥主桥设计 |

摘 要: | 福平铁路乌龙江特大桥主桥采用双塔双索面预应力混凝土部分斜拉桥,孔跨布置为(144+288+144)m。上部结构采用单箱双室混凝土连续箱梁,双柱式桥塔,斜拉索、索塔采用分丝管索鞍连接,下部结构采用双薄壁墩,钻孔桩基础。采用有限元分析及模型试验等方法,进行主桥整体静力计算、局部应力计算,抗震、抗风、风车桥等动力分析。结果表明:该桥在施工和运营阶段的各项指标均满足规范要求,结构安全可靠,桥梁具有良好动力、抗风、抗震性能。同时与梁拱组合结构相比有较好的经济性,可为类似结构提供参考。

Abstract: | The main bridge of Wulong river bridge on Fuzhou-Pingtan Railway is a prestressed concrete partial cable-stayed bridge of double-pylon and double-cable-plane with span arrangement( 144 + 288 +144) m,which is the largest span bridge in the world. The superstructure adopts concrete continuous girder of single box with tow rooms and double column bridge pylon,and the stay cable employs epoxy spray steel strand and dividing pipe cable saddle with pylon. The substructure is designed with double thin-wall piers and bored pile foundation. The finite element analysis and model test are used for static calculation of the main bridge,for local stress calculation and for the dynamic analysis of seismic,wind-resistant and wind-vehicle-bridge. The results indicate that the structure of the bridge is safe and reliable,and the creep deformation meets the relevant requirements of code. Compared with beam arch composite structure,this structure has better economic benefit and may provide references for similar structures. |
