大直径中空孔在穿越复杂环境控制爆破中的应用研究 |

摘 要: | 为解决地铁车站风道斜穿建筑物时造成的爆破振动所带来的扰动,以青岛地铁1号线瑞金路车站为工程背景,通过从掏槽眼、辅助眼、起爆网路等角度对风道1部爆破方案进行设计,最终确定为采用大直径中空孔掏槽布置方式与孔外延期微差起爆技术相结合的方法多方位地进行控制爆破。结果表明:(1)控制爆破方案测得3次振速为0.47、0.46、0.50 cm/s,均小于被保护对象规定振速1.5 cm/s,有效控制了振速;(2)使用孔内延期和孔外延期相结合的微差起爆网路,使爆破起爆次数由4次降低到了2次,提高了起爆效率;(3)验证可知,本设计方案最大爆破振速仍出现在大直径中空孔掏槽处。

Abstract: | To solve the problem of the disturbance caused by blasting vibration where the metro station tunnel passing tilted through buildings,an air blasting program is proposed in perspective of cut hole,auxiliary hole and blasting network with reference to Qingdao Subway No. 1 line Ruijin Road station and finalized by using large diameter hollow hole cutting groove arrangement together with millisecond blasting delay of the hole outside. The results show that:( 1) the vibration velocity measured three times in the control blasting program are 0. 47 cm/s,0. 46 cm/s and 0. 50 cm/s,which are less than the prescribed velocity 1. 5 cm/s for the protected object and effective in controlling the vibration velocity;( 2) with the combination of the delay in the hole and the delay outside the hole,the number of initial blasting is reduced from 4 times to 2 times,and blasting efficiency is improved;( 3) it is proved that the maximum blasting vibration velocity of the design is found still in the large diameter hollow hole cutting. |
