CRTSⅢ型先张法预应力混凝土轨道板预制场模块化整体规划技术研究

为了规范铁路CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道板预制场规划与布置,优化物流交通和机械配备,保证轨道板预制质量,降低建设成本,针对预制场规划布置关键技术进行研究。通过总结近年来CRTSⅢ型先张法预应力混凝土轨道板预制场规划布置成熟经验,并结合课题科研成果,对预制场功能区划分、规划原则、关键参数和规划设计技术等方面进行深入分析和研究。在预制场平面设计中针对不同功能区进行模块化设计,在各模块中均采用以生产能力为基础指标的参数化设计。通过上述规划设计技术可实现规范化、标准化预制场建设,在保证预制场功能和产品质量的前提下,满足经济适用的原则。

Study on Generalized Modular Planning of Precasting Yard for CRTS Ⅲ Type Pretensioned and Prestressed Concrete Track Slab

This paper conducts studies on the key issues for precasting yard layout to standardize the planning and design of CRTS Ⅲ type precasting yard, optimize the transportation and tooling configuration,guarantee the quality of track slab and reduce the cost of construction. With reference to the well established practices and research results in this regard,prefabricated field function zoning,planning principles,key parameters related to the planning and design are addressed. In the design of the prefabricated field,generalized modular design of different functional areas is carried out,and the parametric design based on the production capacity is adopted in each module. The above planning and design practices can realize the standardization of prefabricated construction and satisfy the economic and applicable principles in the premise of the function of the prefabricated field and product quality.
