城市轨道交通线路组合与拆分的线路方案研究

摘    要:由于引导城市空间结构、TOD开发、车辆基地选址等原因,城市外围段线路较长、客流效益较差。为缩短低效益路段长度、降低前期工程投资,提出不同线路的部分路段先期建成并贯通运营、后期适时拆分的设想,分析研究组合拆分适用的情形及实施方案。以天津地铁6、8号线组合拆分方案为例,综合考虑线路及周边实施条件、行车组织、土建投资及施工风险等因素,最终确定合理的方案。两线间的组合拆分方案有利于线网结构的灵活性,避免城市外围线路较长、运营效益不佳等情形。工程设计中,应根据实际情况采用灵活的形式,在不给远期工程实施及安全运营造成困难的前提下,尽量减少近期工程投资。

Research on Scheme of Combination and Split of Urban Rail Transit Lines

Abstract:Due to the guidance of the urban spatial structure,TOD development,the location of the vehicle base and other factors,the line sections in the periphery of the cit are longer and the passenger flow efficiency is poor. In order to shorten the length of low-benefit sections and reduce pre-project investment,this paper puts forward the idea that some sections of different lines are built and operated in advance and timely separated late to shorten the length of the low efficiency sections,and analyzes the applicable conditions and implementation plan of the combination and split. With reference to the combination and split of Tianjin Metro Line 6 and line 8,a reasonable program is determined with comprehensive consideration of the line and its surrounding conditions, traffic organization, civil engineering investment,construction risk and other factors. The combination and split scheme between two lines is conducive to the flexibility of the network structure,and can avoid longer lines in the city periphery and poor operating efficiency. In the engineering design,the near future project investment should be reduced practically and flexibly as much as possible under the premise that the execution of the long-term project and normal operation are not impacted.
