大粒径富水砂卵石地层泥水盾构刀盘脱困技术

摘    要:泥水盾构穿过大粒径砂卵石地层时刀盘被卡住的情况很容易出现,不仅延误工期还会给工程增加预算。以兰州地铁1号线I期工程为依托,总结并分析已建地铁项目以及本项目实际施工中遇到的刀盘卡住情况及处理措施,形成一套对于大粒径砂卵石地层的刀盘脱困技术。相关技术经验可以为后续大粒径砂卵石隧道以及类似工程中刀盘脱困以及盾构安全快速掘进提供借鉴和指导。

Cutter Breakout Technology of Slurry Shield in Large Particle Sandy Cobble Stratum

Abstract:When the shield machine operates in large particle sandy cobble stratum,its cutters are likely to get stuck,which not only delays the process,but increases the project budget. Based on the first phase project of Lanzhou metro line 1,this paper summarizes and analyzes the situation and actions taken when cutters are stuck in large particle sandy cobble stratum and a set of techniques to get the cutter out are formed. The related experiences may provide references for subsequent similar projects
