高速铁路接触网四跨锚段关节结构优化研究

摘    要:高速铁路接触网锚段关节处于两支接触悬挂的过渡段区域,属于接触网的薄弱环节,当受电弓高速通过该区域,引起弓网振动较其他区域严重。针对某条高铁4跨锚段关节存在中心柱定位器磨定位支座、转换柱定位点抬升较大、两支悬挂交叉点不等高等问题,提出结构优化方案。首先调整接触网平面布置,形成3种调整方案,再利用弓网仿真手段,建立4种4跨锚段关节的弓网仿真模型,比较弓网动态性能参数,得到的结论有:双弓运行建议采用方案2的接触网布置方式,4跨锚段关节定位点最大抬升出现在转换柱ZJ2上,中心柱定位点的抬升衰减较其他定位点慢,调整方案的弓网动态性能较原设计方案优。

Optimization of 4-span Overlap Section on High-Speed Contact Line System

Abstract:Overlap section between two adjacent high-speed suspensions is a weak area of the overhead contact line system. When the pantograph passes through the area at high speed,the vibration is more serious than that in other areas. According to some questions about 4-span overlap section on the existing high-speed railway,such as the abnormal wear between positioner and support in central pole,much supporting uplift in transition pole and unequal height between two suspensions at cross point,a structural optimization plan is proposed. Firstly,the plane layout of the contact line system is adjusted to form3 kinds of adjustment options,and simulation of pantograph/catenary relationship is employed to establish four kinds of overlap section simulation model. The comparison of the dynamic performance parameters concludes that double-pantograph operation suggested by option 2 is recommended; the maximum supporting uplift appears in transition pole ZJ2; the supporting uplift attenuation in central pole is more slowly than that in other poles; the pantograph/catenary dynamic performance of the adjustment option is better than that of the original design.
