西宁东车辆段车轮厂工艺设计特点及创新

为了解决车轮厂生产工序不畅、生产效率低等问题,满足青藏铁路公司日益增长的轮对厂修需求,分析西宁东车辆段车轮厂检修规模以及工艺流程,对车轮厂总图、检修工艺以及设备选型方面进行优化设计。通过在检修组合库西侧新建车轮厂,补充车轮厂工装设备,并设铁路货车技术管理信息系统,使车轮厂实现智能化管理,提高车轮厂的生产能力及生产效率,降低人力成本。对提高生产力作用明显,且能加强运输保障体系。

Process Design Features and Innovation of Car Wheel Repair Shop of Xi'ning East Freight Car Depot

In order to solve the problems such as poor production process and low production efficiency of the car wheel repair shop and meet the Qinghai-Tibet Railway Company's growing demand for wheelset,this paper analyzes the maintenance scale and technological process of the car wheel repair shop of Xi'ning east freight car depot to improve the general plan,the maintenance process and the equipment selection. The new car wheel repair shop is built on the west side of the maintenance portfolio,the tooling equipment of the shop is supplemented,and the technical management information system of the railway wagon is set up to realize intelligent management of the shop,improve the production capacity and efficiency and reduce the labor cost,which,in turn,improves the productivity and strengthens the transportation security system.
