地铁地下停车场设计探讨

随着城市土地资源的日益紧缺,车辆段(停车场)等大宗用地的选址成为制约地铁建设的重要因素。合理利用地下空间设置地下停车场,并有条件地对其实施综合开发利用,此种建设模式在地铁建设中将越来越受到重视。现行规范针对地下停车场的设计尚未有成熟的规定。以灵山卫停车场为例,对地下停车场设置的必要性、工艺布置、总图布局与竖向设计方案等进行介绍,重点对消防设计存在的问题及解决方案进行总结,提出地铁地下停车场设计的几点建议。

Study on the Design of Metro Underground Parking Lot

With the increasing shortage of urban land resources,the location of the depot(parking lot),which often requires a large area,has become an important factor restricting the construction of the metro.Rational and comprehensive use of underground space to build underground parking lot is getting more popular in metro construction. Unfortunately,there have been no well-established specifications for the design of underground parking lot. With reference to Ling Shan Wei parking lot,this paper addresses the necessities of setting underground parking lot,the process layout,the general layout and the vertical design scheme,and focuses on the problems in fire protection design and their solutions. This paper also puts forward several suggestions for the design of underground parking lot.
