铜仁至吉首铁路速度目标值方案研究

速度目标值是高速铁路最为重要的技术标准之一,也是项目在决策阶段各方争论的焦点,其决定着其他技术标准的选择。铜仁至吉首铁路速度目标值选择从客流特征、与相关路网协调性、运输组织、时间目标值需求、工程投资、投资收益等方面进行了3种不同速度目标值的综合分析,结合项目特点,进一步对全线不同速度目标值的运行速度进行模拟牵引计算分析,研究结论为铜仁至吉首铁路宜采用250 km/h的速度目标值。

Study on Speed Target Value of Tongren-Jishou Railway

The speed target value is one of the most important technical standards of high-speed railway and the focus of the debate in the decision-making process,and it determines the selection of other technical standards. The selection of Tongren to Jishou railway speed target value is conducted based on comprehensive analysis of three different speed target values in terms of passenger flow characteristics,coordination with relevant networks,transport organization,time target value demand,project investment and investment income. The running speed of different speed target values of the whole line are calculated and analyzed with traction simulation according to the features of the project. The study results suggest250 km/h of the target value of speed for Tongren to Jishou railway.
