城市轨道交通首座车辆基地的设计特点

摘    要:通过研究国内各地区城市轨道交通线网规划可以看出,每个城市的首座车辆基地普遍具有占地面积大、设计功能全的特点。结合兰州市轨道交通1号线首座车辆基地工程实际,在充分考虑车辆基地基本功能的前提下,提出首座车辆基地设计的艰巨性,通过分析总结车辆基地的总图布置、功能定位、设计规模、物业开发、工艺创新以及绿色设计等特点,研究结论为在各地区城市轨道交通首座车辆基地设计时,要在线网的角度充分考虑功能定位和配套设施设备,在确保运营功能的同时要重点考虑检修设施设备的资源共享、物业开发以及检修工艺的创新,要打造首座车辆基地为功能齐全、工艺先进、资源共享、土地价值高的现代生产基地,该研究结论能为类似工程提供参考。

Design Features of the First Vehicle Base for Urban Rail Transit

Abstract:Through the study of domestic urban rail transit line network planning,we can see that the first vehicle base of each city is characterizedby large floor area and complete design functions. With reference to the first vehicle base project of Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 1 and in view of the basic functions of the vehicle base,the difficulties in the design of the first vehicle base are put forward. Through the analysis of characteristics of vehicle base layout,function,design scale,property development,process innovation and green design,the design of the vehicle base should fully consider the functions of the network and supporting facilities to ensure operational function and resource sharing of key innovation maintenance facilities and equipment,and address the property development and maintenance process to build the first modern vehicle base with complete functions,advanced technology,resource sharing and high land value. The research results may provide reference for similar projects.
