基于专家系统的铁路工程单项概算编制研究

为提高铁路工程单项概算的编制效率,将专家系统用于单项概算编制的定额套用。基于领域专家的经验,对概算编制过程涉及到的工程数量、定额库、章节进行研究,制定标准工程数量表,建立专家知识库;采用正向推理方法设计推理机,使定额换调更加精确,定额套用更加迅速。实现的铁路工程单项概算编制专家系统在多个铁路项目中进行应用,应用效果表明可显著提高铁路工程单项概算的编制效率。

Research on Compiling Railway Engineering Budgetary Estimate Based on Expert System

To improve the efficiency of the railway engineering budgetary estimate,the expert system is used in compiling the budgetary estimation. Based on the experience of experts in the field,the quantity,quota and chapters involved in the budgetary estimate are researched,the standard format tables are unified,and the expert knowledge base is established. The inference engine is designed by forward reasoning to obtain more accurate and rapid calculation of the quotas. The established expert system of railway engineering budget estimate is applied in many railway projects,and proved effective.
