摘    要:对于48 V混合动力系统,当48 V电池出现严重故障时,低压蓄电池能量无法得到补充,导致车辆无法长距离行驶。阐述了48 V混合动力车辆的跛行回家模式电压控制方法,在48 V电池出现严重故障无法工作维持高压时,系统控制发动机响应驾驶请求的同时,带动电机维持高压系统的供电,并由DC/DC持续为整车12 V低压用电设备供电,能够长时间维持车辆行驶。

Abstract:For the 48 V hybrid power system, when the 48 V battery has a serious failure, the low-voltage battery energy cannot be replenished, causing the vehicle to be unable to travel long distances. This article describes the voltage control method for the limp home function of a 48 V hybrid vehicle. When the 48 V battery fails to work and cannot maintain a high voltage, the engine is controlled to respond to the driving request while driving the motor to maintain the power supply of the high voltage system, in the meantime DC/DC continues to provide the vehicle with 12 V low voltage power to run electrical equipment, it can maintain the vehicle for a long time.
