近年来救生艇事故屡见不鲜,导致救生艇事故的主要原因包括船舶日常管理不够、思想松懈。日常保养维护不到位、救生演习走过场等。本文针对上述原因分别就加强船舶管理、救生艇日常维护保养、重视证书培训和船上培训提出具体措施,旨在提高船员救生艇操作的各项技能,减少操作中的失误,让救生艇真正起到救生的作用。

About the Training and Maintenance of the Life- saving Boats

In case of emergency,a life-saving boat can be used to save the life of the seafarers,but it may also lead to the loss of life on the other hand.Examples are numerous.On basis of the studies on the troubles and causes of the life-saving boats,the author of this article holds that the main problems include the shortage of routine management,unawareness,the reduced practical training hours and the inadequate maintenance of the ship and the boats.On basis of the analysis on the above causes,this article puts forth concrete measures to be taken concerning the ship management,routine maintenance,emphasis on certificate and onboard training for the purpose of improving the maneuvering techniques of the life-saving boats and reduce the mistakes in the operation so that the life-saving boats are to be used to save lives.
