对我院航海职业教育继承与创新问题的思考

根据学院十二五规划要求,结合现代职业教育的理论和实践研究成果,探讨了我院由成人院校转制为普通高职院校后应该继承和发扬的特色和优势;分析了学院面临的改革和创新问题,指出观念转变与创新的重要性,提出了教学计划制定、课程结构设计和课堂教学等教学环节全过程创新的方法和内容;论证了学院的核心竞争力,对努力打造学院的核心竞争力提出了自己的观点。

Thinking for the Issues of Inheritance and Innovation in Voyage Vocational Education

In accordance with ＂12.5 scheme＂ requirement of our college,combined with modern vocational education theory and research practice outcome,our college the characteristics and advantages are discussed and they should inherit and carry forward after the conversion into ordinary vocational college from an adult college.The innovations issues in our college are analyzed and the importance of the concept of change and innovation is pointed out.The methods and contents of innovation are expounded in teaching plan,course design and classroom teaching etc.The college＇s core competitiveness are demonstrated and the personal viewpoint is putting forward about our college core competitiveness that should be made as special as possible.
