摘    要:针对配装在速度120km/h、载重210t凹底平车及250t凹底平车上的4E轴焊接构架式转向架进行了详细的动力学仿真分析。兼顾空、重车工况,提出可以由11个关键参数综合控制载重210t凹底平车及250t凹底平车的动力学性能,给出了动力学性能的优化步骤,并协调解决了曲线通过性能和蛇行运动稳定性之间的固有矛盾,同时还对车辆运行平稳性进行了仿真分析。根据仿真分析结果,确定了转向架的设计方案。转向架样机配装在速度120km/h、载重210t凹底平车及250t凹底平车后,进行了线路动力学试验,试验结果表明,在133km/h速度范围内,210t凹底平车及250t凹底平车空、重车均未发生蛇行失稳现象,均具有良好的曲线通过性能和优级的运行平稳性。仿真分析结果和试验结果都表明,4E轴焊接构架式转向架不设均衡装置是可行的。

Abstract:Dynamics simulation analysis is made on the 4E - axle welding frame bogie for 210t and 250t depressed center flat car with 120km/h operation speed.According to the tare and loaded conditions, it is pointed out that 11 key parameters can be used to control the dynamics performance of 210 t and 250t depressed center fiat car. The step for the dynamics performance optimization of the car is given. The conflict between negotiation and htmting motion is solved and ride performance is also simulated. The bogie design scheme is determined according to the simulation results. The 120 km/h 210t and 250t depressed center fiat car fitted with the bogie prototype show good dynamics performance in field test within 133km/h. The cars own better negotiation and excellent ride performance with no hunting instability. Both simulation results and test results show that 4E- axle welding frame bogie is feasible without balance mechanism.
