| 摘 要： | 为了提高铁路客运服务质量、增强铁路市场竞争力，建设铁路旅客综合服务系统是十分必要的。文章在借鉴国外先进旅客服务系统发展水平的基础上，结合我国铁路的实际，分析了铁路旅客服务综合信息系统的需求，并针对目前存在的关键问题提出了建议。

| Abstract: | In order to improve railway passenger service quality and enhance its market competitiveness, constructing the railway passenger integrated service information system is essential. On the basis of the progresses of railway passenger service information system in foreign countries with consideration of recent situation in our country, the paper analyzes the demands of this information system, and put forwards the proposals aiming at existing key issues. |
