摘    要:采用丙烯酸酯类为单体,二乙烯苯为交联剂,悬浮聚合制备大孔交联共聚物基质,胺解制备了一种新型固态胺二氧化碳吸收剂一聚丙烯酰多乙烯多胺型树脂,研究了单体种类、功能基结构和含量、胺解条件等对树脂吸收二氧化碳性能的影响.模拟条件试验表明,该树脂吸收二氧化碳活性高,寿命长.

Abstract:A porous copolymer of acrylamide(a novel solid amine resin)has been prepared by suspension copolymerization of methylacrylate,methyl methacrylate and vinyl acetate in the presence of porogenic and crosslinking agent,followed by a aminolysis process.The effect of monomers,functional group densities and reaction conditions on the CO2 adsorption properties of the solid amine was studied.IR and chemical analysis showed the solid amine contained weak base exchange groups.This solid amine sorbent had good activity and steam regeneration ability during cyclic CO2 adsorption/desorption under simulated closed cabin atmosphere.
