| 摘 要： | 以承德至秦皇岛高速公路秦皇岛段肖营子连接线为例,分析了长直线接小半径平曲线、连续多个平曲线的过渡、连续纵坡、弯道接直桥、弯坡组合、平面交叉路段等类型的道路特征及交通事故发生原因,并结合道路实际情况,提出了特殊路段安全保障措施。
