肾癌组织中支原体DNA检测的临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨肾癌的临床病理特征与支原体DNA的相关性。方法选取本院肾癌石蜡包埋标本95例,采用支原体通用引物的巢式多聚酶链反应技术检测肾癌组织中的支原体DNA。结果肾癌组织中的支原体DNA阳性率为81.1%;中、低分化肾癌组织中的支原体DNA阳性率(90.9%)高于高分化肾癌组织(72.6%)(P<0.05);中、晚期肾癌组织中的支原体DNA阳性率(92.9%)高于早期肾癌组织(71.7%)(P<0.01);支原体DNA阳性患者的3、5年生存率(57.9%、37.5%)低于支原体DNA阴性患者(89.7%、81.8%)(P<0.01)。结论支原体DNA阳性率与肾癌病理分级和临床分期密切相关,支原体感染可能会影响肾癌的生物学行为及预后。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the association between mycoplasma DNA and renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Methods There were 95 samples of archived embedded tissues of RCC. We detected mycoplasma DNA in the tissues by nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with mycoplasma universal primer. Results The mycoplasma DNA detection ratio in RCC samples was 81.1%. The samples with moderate and low differentiation had a higher mycoplasma DNA ratio (90.9%) compared with that of high differentiation samples (72.6%) (P<0.05). Mycoplasma DNA was more frequently detected (92.9%) in advanced tumor samples compared with localized RCC samples (71.7%), with significant differences between the frequencies (P<0.01). The 3, 5 years survival rate (57.9%, 37.5%) of the positive mycoplasma DNA cases was significantly lower than that (89.7%, 81.8%) of the negative mycoplasma DNA cases (P<0.01). Conclusion The positive ratio of mycoplasma DNA in RCC significantly is related to pathological grade and clinical stage. Mycoplasma infection has an effect on the biological behavior of RCC. Mycoplasma DNA plays a certain role in the development of RCC and could be used as a predictor of prognosis of RCC.
