| 摘 要： | 针对轿车装配过程复杂、零部件种类多的特点,在介绍传统的公差设计方法的同时,着重将三维公差设计和有限元公差设计方法引入到轿车开发过程,论述了公差设计既是轿车产品设计,又是驱动优化轿车工艺设计的输入的辨证关系,以实现轿车精致制造的目标。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the characteristic of complexity and multiplication of parts, three - dimensional tolerance design and finite tolerance design method is inducted into the car development process when the traditional tolerance design is introduced. Tolerance design is not only the design of car production, but also the method of optimizing the design of car technique to realize the aim of exquisite production. |
