The Study of Accident Analytical System under the Marine Traffic Circumstance Simulated by ARPA |

| Abstract: | At first,this paper analyzes the function of ARPA and it's effect in maritime investigation,and then presents the method of marine traffic simulation with ARPA. On the basis of these analysis,it designs a system for accident analyzing. The system will make the statistics and analysis of marine traffic accident more easily. |
