摘    要:根据战略装车点选址问题的特殊性,在考虑政策性指导原则的基础上,以客户需求和货源基础为出发点,将代表客户利益的运送成本、决策方建设成本和可变成本及表征可挖潜能力的货源覆盖量货币折算值共同纳入目标体系,构建了战略装车点多点选址混合0-1变量非线性规划模型.基于铁路运输组织,考虑物流节点选址问题一般约束的同时兼顾战略装车点覆盖货源量、车流整列配发及线路通过能力约束对目标优化的影响.通过对模型特性的分析,提出一种启发式算法对模型进行求解.最后,结合数值算例验证模型的有效性和实用性.

Study on Multi-Allocation Model and Algorithm for Strategic Loading Station Location Problem

Abstract:According to the characteristics of strategic loading station multi-allocation problem (SLSMP) and the political principles, a mixed-integer nonlinear 0-1 model is constructed. Not only the costs of the system including the transportation costs, the rebuilding cost and the variable cost, but also the reduced value of the amount of goods that included in the coverage area is taken into account. The objective function is both subjected to the general facility location problem constrictions and the characteristics of railway transportation and working style constrictions, such as the amount of goods attracted, rail direct transportation style, the capacity limitation of rail line. By analyzing the complexity of the model, a heuristic algorithm is explored to solve it. Finally, a numerical case is given to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the proposed model and algorithm.
