摘    要:摩托车减震器前叉减振柱是套筒式前减震器的主要受力件之一。因减震器工作时要不断上下往复运动,其表面的粗糙度和直线度将直接影响减震器油封的使用寿命及总成耐久性等各项性能指标的好坏。因此,一般要求减振柱必须有足够的力学性能和较好的表面质量、尺寸公差和形位公差,还需对减振柱用胚管作相应的技术规范。

Abstract:The said damping tube is one of the force-applied parts of front telescope type absorber. Because the absorber should move up and down in a reciprocating manner, soothe roughness and the straight-lineness of the surface will directly affect the service life of the absorber oil seal and the durability of the assembly. Therefore, the damping tube should have enough mechanical properties, and better surface quality, dimension limits and shapes position tolerance. What's more, the tube blank should be tech-specified accordingly.
