| 摘 要： | 基于灾害学原理,从灾害事故的构成因素、触发理论和预防原理等对地铁火灾的构成因素进行了分析。地铁系统中人员的不安全行为、物的不安全状态、环境的影响与管理的缺陷均可能造成火灾的发生。通过采取技术因素、教育因素和管理因素等措施,可以构成地铁火灾的综合预防系统,且任何一种因素必须要伴随其他因素的支撑,才能发挥整体作用。

| Abstract: | The prevention measures for fire disaster in subway are introduced based on the principles of disaster science.This paper then analyzes the composite elements of fire in the subway, the prevention measures and prevention principles of disasters,holds that unsafe personnel actions,unsafe conditions of machines,influence of medium and faults of management in the subway system could possibly cause fire disaster.An integrated prevention system for fire disaster in the subway can be built up by taking the measures of engineering,education and enforcement,in this system each of the three measures is to be supported by other two. |
