GFRP桥面板在公路桥梁上的应用

摘    要:GFRP桥面板是用玻璃纤维复合材料制成蜂窝状断面,再在上下面各贴一层FRP板形成T形断面的上翼缘,与下方的钢工字梁(或混凝土工字梁)复板共同受力。其抗风化、抗腐性能备受用户青睐;它的轻质、高强性能是最具吸引力的钢筋混凝土替代材料。这种桥面板可用于新建公路桥,也可用于更换旧桥面。由于它的自重仅为钢筋混凝土的1/5,更换旧桥面后,相当于提高了桥梁的承载能力。

Abstract:The glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP) deck slab is the honeycomb cross-section made from the GFRP,and then bond a layer of fiber reinforced plastic(FRP) board at the top and the bottom of it,respectively,to from the top flange of T-beam,effectively interrelate the forces with steel(or concrete) I-beams,the performance against the weathering and corrosion,it is an attractive substitute material of reinforced concrete due to the light,light-strength performance.This GFRP deck can be used for the newly-built highway bridge,as well as the replacement of existing deck.As its gravity weight is 1/5 of one-fifth of reinforced concrete.The bearing capacity of bridge is improved after having replaced the old deck.
