中天山特长大隧道施工#1斜井通风技术

摘    要:中天山隧道为双单线隧道,是国内少数几座特长大隧道之一,进口采用TBM掘进,出口为钻爆法施工。在出口五千多米的位置设置了一条2547m长的单车道斜井,坡度为11.3%。着重介绍斜井通风方案的比选及相应措施的施工技术。通过实践表明,采用大功率风扇通风接力排烟方案简便、可行,效果良好,为类似特长大隧道斜井的通风排烟积累了施工经验。

Ventilation Technology for No.1 Inclined Shaft in Zhongtianshan Extra-long Tunnel Construction

Abstract:Zhongtianshan Tunnel is a double-hole single-line tunnel,which is one of the several extra-long tunnels in China.The entrance is bored by tunnel boring machine(TBM) and the exit is drilled using borehole blasting method.A 2 547m-long single-lane inclined shaft is set up at over 5 000m from the exit,with gradient of 11.3 %.This paper emphasizes comparison of inclined shaft ventilation programs and construction technology of the corresponding measures.The practice shows that large-power fan is simple and feasible,and has good effect for ventilation and exhaust,which accumulated construction experience for inclined shaft ventilation and exhaust in the similar extra-long tunnels.
