摘    要:研究目的:架桥机的安全可靠性和正常使用寿命在很大程度上取决于自身钢结构焊接质量的好坏,而科学、适宜的检验是焊接质量和结构安全的保证.目前,国内在900 t级铁路架桥机钢结构的制造及焊接检验方面,还没有专门的规范或规程,需要对此进行研究,以满足900 t级铁路架桥机的检验需要。 研究方法:对比、分析几种国家和行业规范或规程中的钢结构焊接检验标准。 研究结果:总结出一套适于900 t铁路架桥机钢结构焊接检验的标准。 研究结论:该套标准可作为同类铁路架桥机生产、检验的参考性标准。

Abstract:Research purposes: The safety reliability and normal age of the bridge girder erecting machine to great extent depend on the welding quality of the steel structure; meanwhile a scientific and proper proof-testing guarantees the welding quality and safety of the steel structure. At present, however, there is no special specification or code of practice for the manufacturing of the railway bridge girder erecting machine and the proof-testing of the welding quality. Research methods:The paper provides some suggestions and referable proposals through comparison and analysis of several national commercial specifications and codes of practice. Research results:This paper sums up a suit of standard to be the same with the welding proof-testing for steel structure of 900 t railway bridge girder erecting machine. Research conclusions:The standard can be for reference to the production and proof-testing for the similar railway bridge girder erecting machine.
