注浆工艺在地铁车站工程中的应用与选择

摘    要:注浆工艺在地铁工程中应用较多,但不同的注浆工艺在实际使用中效果差别较大。首次通过对一个城市轨道交通地铁车站工程中若干注浆应用实例进行分析,细致区分不同工程类别如深基坑围护、基底补强、隧道开挖、楼房纠偏,区分地基加固、帷幕止水、补偿抬升技术,区分不同地质状况各自特点,总结在不同状况下适用的注浆工艺,强化工艺选择和控制理念,以期对类似工程起到借鉴作用。

Application and Selection of Grouting Technology in Construction of Metro Stations
Abstract:Grouting technology applied a lot in the subway project, but the grouting effect is different in design and use of a difference. First this paper analyses about several grouting an application example of city rail transit subway station engineering through, Careful to distinguish different categories such as deep foundation pit engineering, base reinforcement, tunnel excavation,, building correcting, distinguish different purposes such as foundation reinforcement, water-stop curtain, compensation uplift, distinguish different geological conditions such as rock, soil and their characteristics, summarizes the application of grouting technology in different conditions, strengthen the process of selection and control, in order to play a reference role for similar projects.
