| 摘 要： | 目前我国公路建设的筹资方式主要是以上级拨款为主,这严重阻碍了交通事业的发展.通过分析筹资渠道和科学管理资金的措施,可以既解决资金短缺的问题,又能创造良好的经济效益和社会效益.
