路基压实质量连续同步检测可行性试验研究

摘    要:目前路基压实质量检测的方法存在诸多不足,提出了以振动轮动力响应为基础的连续测试路基压实状态的检测方法,并在中铁一局哈大客运专线路基上进行了对比试验研究,验证了连续压实质量控制指标δCMV与目前客运专线路基压实质量力学检测指标K30、EV2具有很好的相关性。表明在获得更多的试验数据后,可以考虑采用连续压实质量控制指标对路基压实施工进行过程控制,减少目前的检测工作量。

Abstract:Since there exist quite a few defects in the old compaction quality inspection methods,a new inspection method for the continuous inspection of the compaction state of the sub-grade based on the dynamic response of the vibration roller is introduced in the paper,which is already compared and tested on the sub-grade of the Ha-Da Passengers-Oriented Railway built by the First Railway Bureau Group of the Ministry of Railways of China,and which finds that the continuous compaction control index δCMV values and the conventional compaction index K30 and EV2 are well correlative.It is proved that with more test values obtained,the continuous compaction control method can be used to control the compaction quality in the construction process so as to reduce the inspection workload.
