论高速公路建设资金的筹措渠道

高速公路建设是国家的基础设施建设,具有政府性和公益性,狭窄的融资渠道与单一的融资方式已经无法满足建设的需要,拓宽融资渠道、发展多种融资方式,将大量资金引向高速公路领域,从而实现高速公路大发展,这是一个值得深入探讨的问题。本文归纳、总结了目前高速公路建设资金筹措的十个渠道。

The construction of speedway is one of national infrastructure infrastructure infrastructures with governmental and commonweal property, and nallow rasing channel and single money raising methhod is not able to satifa with the demand of construction;enlarging raising channel,developing multi-raising methods so that to introduce large sum of money to speedway construction so as to realise the rapid development of speedway,which is a topit worth of dep study into.This paper paper summarized ten channels in practing capital raising in speedway construction.
